Application of Natural Cellulose Fibers in Mortar
Dec. 18, 2021
Cellulose is a great discovery. Today it is widely used in the construction industry. We are a professional manufacturer of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), hpmc can be used in putty, tile adhesive, for cement mortar, plaster plaster, and LISTAL shows some application scenarios and specific dosage for ya.
The recommended dosage is between 0.3% and 0.5%. The dosage varies according to the species. It can prevent the tiles from falling off, improve the working performance and reduce the phenomenon of sticking to the pot due to high viscosity; prolong the opening time and improve the bonding strength.
(2) Cement-based interface agent
The recommended dosage is between 0.4%~1.0%. Excellent anti-fall property, good compatibility, reduce cracking, increase surface texture and roughness, improve bonding strength with base surface.
(3) External insulation anti-cracking plastering mortar
The recommended dosage is between 0.3%~0.5%. Excellent anti-sagging property (even in the case of large thickness of plaster at one time), good working performance, can be used for thin coating mortar.
(4) Plastering mortar
Recommended dosage is between 0.5%~0.5%. It has good compatibility and smooth base surface anti-sagging property, and can be used for premixed emulsion putty.
(5) Light aggregate plastering mortar
The recommended dosage is between 0.3%~0.6%. Good resistance to falling, thick plaster, thickening, water retention, reducing cracks, and good compatibility.
(6) External insulation polystyrene board paste
The recommended dosage is 0.3%. It has good resistance to fall, good construction performance and increase bonding strength.
(7) Gypsum board/cement board inlay
The recommended dosage is between 0.5%~1.0%. Reduce cracking and shrinkage, increase bond strength, good workability, improve polishing.
(8) Joint filler
The recommended dosage is between 0.5% and 1.0%. Reduce cracking and shrinkage, good workability, improve polishing performance.
(9) Masonry mortar
The recommended dosage is between 0.2% and 0.5%. Reduce the adhesion of construction tools, reduce cost and increase bond strength.
(10) Paste tile adhesive
The recommended dosage is between 0.4% and 0.5%. Excellent anti-sagging, no peeling, good processability and high bond strength.
(11) Paste gypsum caulk
The recommended dosage is between 0.5% and 0.8%. Excellent anti-cracking and low shrinkage, good processability, easy to polish.
